Athena was wise, courageous, and strong. She carefully thought through and made firm sound decisions. When it was time to take action, she looked to the wind for the fastest course and went to it. That little glowing icon hovering above the birds' heads is the most important part. In the real world, this crown is invisible, but we all have one. It’s a "crown of power" or a halo that reminds us that we are holy, unique, and that we matter intrinsically just because we were born.
Why birds?
You might see a bird on a canvas, but to me, those birds are us. Just like people, every bird I paint is a unique personality with its own name, energy, and special talents. We are all different, and we are all serving a unique purpose in this world. I celebrate this. I celebrate YOU.
You don't earn your worth. You were BORN with it.
Here's the thing they don't tell you when you're young: the people who call you 'too much' are usually the ones who can't handle your energy because they've dimmed their own. If you've ever been told you're too loud, too opinionated, too emotional, too sensitive, too ambitious, or just... too MUCH —
These birds are for you.
