Abstract Paintings
My gestural abstract paintings resemble carefully composed songs, where contour lines act like musical notes and interact with blocks of color to create delicate narratives. I intentionally use empty space as a compositional element, allowing the eye to breathe, much like the rests in music. My color choices are instinctual, contrasting vibrant, saturated hues with muted tones to evoke a unique mood for each viewer. The result is a dynamic and harmonious visual concerto, rich with energy and emotion.

About the work:
My abstract expressionist paintings are infused with a powerful sense of beautiful chaos in a spirited palette of bold, energetic colors inspired by couture fashion and plants. Using acrylic, gouache, flashe, pencil and oil pastels, my works feature gestural marks and nature-inspired details meant to inspire a sense of camaraderie where the viewer discovers a joyful mirror to their own inner vitality, uniqueness, and dialogue leaving them to feel seen, heard, celebrated, and inspired.
